My sister loved student teaching kindergarten. She was taught an easy way to help children put on their coats, which was helpful with over 30 students!
Put the coat on the floor, unzipped. Face the coat on the opposite side, the coat will be upside down. Kneel and bend at the waist. Place hands in sleeves and slip it over your body. It’s a great way to avoid finding those tricky sleeves. Practice it yourself first and then demonstrate it to your child.
