Happy Valentine’s Day
I made chocolate chip cookies with oatmeal, walnuts, coconut and crushed peppermint candy for Valentines Day.
At age 3, my oldest loved making these cookies and would add all sorts of unique ingredients, especially peppermint.
Peppermint candy and chocolate chips give a great peppermint chocolate kick to your cookies.
